Welcome to our teach-back blog where we will provide information on all things teach-back – updates to our module, the latest research on teach-back, new resources and tools, and case studies from people using teach-back in their health services.
Since our website and module was launched in November 2018 we have had some great feedback with a number of health services wanting to use it across their organisation.
We are also using the feedback that comes through to tweak our current website…one of the small changes we have made already is to add in a few extra plain language resources.
